  • Criteria: Full-time, degree seeking student majoring in Physics
  • Evidence of financial need

Michael and Pam Schonefeld Annual Scholarship – $500 for 2010/2011 school year

  • Criteria: Baptist Collegiate Ministry participant
  • Leadership Skills
  • Evidence of Need
  • Students of all class levels are eligible

  • Awarded by: SAU Scholarship Committee and BCM Director

Phyllis Hunter Award – $250 Per Semester – Awarded for 2010/2011 school year

  • Criteria: Full-time, Junior or Senior level student majoring in Education who plans to teach school and must have financial need
  • Essay on why the applicant deserves the award
  • Completed Scholarship Application

Kory J. Dedmon Award – $750 Per Semester

  • Criteria: Full-time, degree-seeking student majoring in Agri Education
  • 2.5 GPA or better
  • Evidence of financial need
  • Students of all class levels are eligible
  • Essay on why the applicant deserves the award
  • Completed Scholarship Application

Lowrance and Marilyn Hodge Scholarship – $300 per semester

  • Criteria: A pre-engineering student
  • Essay on why the applicant deserves the award
  • Completed Scholarship Application

Congressman Mike Ross Scholarship – $500 per semester

  • Criteria: Full-time undergraduate student of any major
  • a native of the 4th Congressional District of the State of Arkansas
  • Evidence of need and of strong academic background, a strong work ethic, good personality traits, and display excellent professional potential
  • Essay on why the applicant deserves the award
  • Apply: High School Counselor
  • Awarded by: SAU Scholarship Committee

Bruce Maloch Annual Scholarship - $500 per semester

  • Criteria: Incoming Freshman
  • Resident of Arkansas 4th Legislative District (See link below to determine if you qualify)
  • Evidence of Need and positive work ethic
  • Evidence of academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities
  • Essay on why the applicant deserves the award
