Wilkins Stadium Improvements

The installation of artificial turf at Wilkins Stadium was completed September 2006 by Hellas Construction, Inc., of Austin, Texas. The RealGrass turf is the same surface that is currently at Texas Stadium, the Valley Ranch Training Facility, and the Alamodome in San Antonio. The turf features the Mulerider logo in the middle of the field and gold end zones with “Southern Arkansas” and “Muleriders” in blue lettering in the north and south end zones, respectively.
